WARRANTY: We take pride in the quality of our workmanship. Minor repairs are at no cost to you except for shipping. We will be
happy to consult with you on other repairs or alterations as needed.
CUSTOM MADE GARMENTS: Please be CERTAIN that the measurements you send us for garments are correct, especially in
rare or custom woven tartans. And PLEASE be SURE that it is the item you really want. If there is a flaw or faulty manufacture, we
will do our best to correct the problem. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We will ship your garments to you via US Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS. Shipping costs,
of course, depend on the service, the weight of the package and the distance and time constraints for shipping. Let us know how
you want us to send your items, and we will advise you of the cost before we send them.
PRICES: The prices shown here are subject to change without notice. Unfortunately the instability of international currency
exchanges, increases in cost by our suppliers and the rapid fluctuation of fuel costs end up reflected in our pricing. Although we
make every effort to keep our prices up to date, we cannot guarantee that the prices on our website are set in concrete. When we
receive your order or inquiry, we will advise you of the current price of your items.
ALTERATIONS: Loch, Stock and Barrel will alter your garments to the extent possible due to changes in weight or for other
reasons. The cost of the alteration depends on the extent of the work to be done. Please contact us, and will discuss the
alterations with you before performing the work.
PLEATS: We will pleat your kilt to the sett unless otherwise specified.
LAYAWAY: Layaways require $50 US down and $50 US per month until payment is complete. When the order is fully paid, we will
double check with you regarding measurements, then order the fabric. Sorry, but NO refunds on layaways.
OTHER SERVICES: We offer cleaning and professional pressing service for your kilt or kilted skirt.
PAYMENT: We require payment in advance for our garments. All our items are custom made. With some 6000 registered tartans
and each item made to measure, it is impossible for us to keep garments in stock. When you place your order, we will order the
fabric from our suppliers in Scotland and will notify you when it arrives to confirm measurements and give you an estimate of the
expected completion date. We accept cash, US Postal money orders, cashier's checks, Visa and MasterCard. All payments must
be in U.S. dollars.
